The Beitler Services Surrogacy Medical Expense Liability Insurance Plan was created specifically to provide Intended Parents pursuing Gestational Surrogacy and Lawyers Specializing in Reproductive Law with a confidence that the Surrogate’s maternity and childbirth is professionally and privately managed from the start of the synchronization medications though term pregnancy, childbirth and post-partum. Intended Parents contractual financial liability to their Surrogate is responsibly and economically managed by the Plan.
By purchasing the Surrogacy Medical Expense Liability Insurance Plan, Intended Parents are protected from catastrophic financial loss and eliminate any issue or concern if insurance covers or excludes Gestational Surrogacy.
The contractual conditions requiring Intended Parents to be financially responsible for their Surrogates’ maternity and childbirth related medical care and expenses are covered by the Beitler Services Surrogate Contractual Expense Liability Insurance Policy. Intended Parents are insured, after satisfaction of the understood and agreed underlying deductible self insured retention amount, for their Surrogates’ incurred medical expenses related to synchronization / implantation, maternity and childbirth and post-partum.
