Beitler Services is led by a group of experienced professionals with significant expertise in building and managing niche insurance programs. The following are the core management team:

Martin (Marty) Beitler (CPCU) currently is Chief Executive Officer for all companies in the Beitler Services Group companies. Until October 1995, Mr. Beitler was the CEO of Homestead Insurance Company for twenty twenty-two years. Prior to that, he was Chairman and President of Euclid Services Corporation for twenty years. Mr. Beitler is also a former member of the Bar, State of New York.

Edward J. Mallozzi is Chief Operating Officer of all Beitler Service Group companies and has served in that capacity since the Group was established in 1996. From 1977 until 1996, Mr. Mallozzi was CEO of Andrew Edwards & Company, Inc, a reinsurance intermediary, and director of Andone Insurance Company, a Bermuda reinsurance company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mallozzi held senior reinsurance underwriting positions with Public Service Mutual Insurance Company, and Howden Re.

Stephen T. List is the Financial Executive of Beitler Services companies. Mr. List joined BSG in September 2004. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Proformance Insurance Company and as Chief Financial Officer for Colonial Penn Insurance Company. He also has served as an Officer of The Home Insurance Company and began his insurance career in 1970 at North American Reinsurance Company. Mr. List has a B.S. Degree from Purdue University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.

Joseph Zweig (CPCU) is Chief Underwriting Officer. Mr. Zweig has been Chief Underwriting Officer for all Beitler Service Group companies since the inception of the Group. Mr. Zweig’s underwritings underwriting--management career started in 1972 with a large insurance carrier, Argonaut Insurance Company, where he ultimately became a Branch Underwriting Manager. In the mid 1970's, he joined Prudential Reinsurance Company in their Home Office as Casualty Facultative Manager. In the late 1970's, he joined North American Reinsurance Company as the underwriting executive of the Home Office Casualty Underwriting department. Just prior to joining the Beitler Service Group, Mr. Zweig acted as the Chief Operating Officer of a reinsurance intermediary operation and an offshore corporate insurance/reinsurance company.

James (Dewey) Gartland is General Counsel and Senior is Claims Officer of the Beitler Services Group companies. An honors graduate from the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Gartland also graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Gartland was in private practice in Connecticut for 12 years, with an emphasis on trial work, prior to his joining the Home Insurance Company's Professional Liability Claims Department as a Claims Counsel in 1988. In 1990, he joined Homestead Insurance Company as Claims Counsel and Assistant Claims Manager. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Gartland was General Counsel for Homestead Insurance Company and Corinthian Management Corporation. Mr. Gartland is a member of the Bars of the States of California and Connecticut and of various Federal Courts. He has audited claim departments for other companies and has been an expert witness in warranty disputes.
